Support

Unless agreed otherwise, all bespoke development work comes with a 90-day warranty period. Support issues can be discussed in person over the phone via email or via the Propus online helpdesk. After this period, support is only available via the online helpdesk.

Further support options are available.

We do not use open-source code, so you will own the source code for any bespoke work and will be given a copy at the end of the project.

Telephone Support and training is provided with Content Management Solutions. Ongoing access to the Propus Knowledge Base also provides resources on using the system. Most solutions have an option to export all data from the system into a text file. This can be used to provide backups.

There is a client area on this site for which you will be given a login and password. This allows you to view project progress, the Propus helpdesk and information on current orders and invoices.
